Are there HOA fees?
Yes. Discuss this with your realtor for the current fees of the community.
What if we have two cars?
Pringle Creek Community’s refinement plan calls for one off-street parking place for each home. Some homes can have a tandem garage with parking for two vehicles one in front of the other. Ample on-street parking is available throughout the community.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, of course! Pringle Creek is animal friendly. Not all homes lend themselves to a fenced yard, especially ones that are adjacent to common space
What are the community amenities?
Pringle Creek Community is proud to boast of 12 acres of shared space that includes parks, gardens, orchards, and groves of sequoia and fir trees; Pringle Creek runs through the property, and benches along the creek provide a place to stop and enjoy the comforting sight and sound of the creek; Walking and bike trails throughout our 32-acre campus. The Guest Cottage is available at a reduced rate for residents when the company is coming. Painters Hall is the community building and is available at no charge to residents for parties, receptions, meetings, and classes. Community garden space at no charge; Glasshouse gardening space for year-round gardening at no charge. Edible landscaping – residents are able to pick apples, cherries, pears, peaches, plums, blueberries, and strawberries from our orchards and berry patches.

What about commercial spaces?
Commercial spaces surround the Village Green, including three historic buildings that are or are in the process of being refurbished (Painters Hall, Carpentry, Root Cellar). There are a few additional commercial spaces for future building and live-work spaces for professional services. All commercial endeavors will harmonize with the principles and ideals of Pringle Creek Community.
